DESCRIPTION (ACTUAL IMAGES) "REVOLVER" IS A GROUNDBREAKING ALBUM FOR THE BEATLES, FULL OF NEW RECORDING TECHNIQUES, WHICH IS THE ALBUM'S MOST STRIKING FEATURE. THE UNIQUE SOUND IMAGES AND THE BRILLIANCE OF ITS SONGS TOOK THE GROUP TO A NEW HORIZON AND ON TO "SGT. PEPPER'S". THE MOST VITAL FACTOR AND WHICH RAISES THE BAR TREMENDOUSLY ON THIS STEREO WEST COAST PRESSING, IS THE 3" X 2" RARE OVAL YELLOW STICKER (CAP 2576.S1, SPIZER) THAT IS ADHERED TO THE FRONT COVER SHRINKWRAP. THESE STICKERS WERE APPLIED ON A ON A LIMITED NUMBER OF COPIES OF THE ALBUM. THE STICKER (CAP 2576.S1, SPIZER) STATES IN BLACK PRINT "INCLUDES THE BEATLES' FABULOUS YELLOW SUBMARINE & ELEANOR RIGBY! ST-2576". CAPITOL ONLY PRINTED THESE STICKERS WITH THE STEREO PREFIX (ST-2576), BUT WERE ALSO ADHERED TO MONO COVERS, WHICH ARE FOUND IN MORE NUMBERS. THIS PARTICULAR LP BEING THE STEREO PRESSING, ARE MUCH MORE DIFFICULT TO FIND WITH THE STICKER. ANOTHER TREMENDOUS HIGHLIGHT OF THIS SET IS THAT THE ACCOMPANYING RECORD IS THE EXTREMELY RARE LOS ANGELES VERY FIRST PRESSING WHICH HAS THE FIRST-RUN LABELS WITHOUT THE "X" IN THE "(ST-1-2576)" MATRIX NUMBERS AND THE SHORT "LENNON - McCARTNEY" CREDITS. THE LATER LABELS ADDED THE "X" IN THE MATRIX NUMBERS TO READ "(ST-X-1-2576)" AND THE COMPOSER CREDITS WERE CHANGED TO THE FULL NAMES "JOHN LENNON - PAUL McCARTNEY". THIS EXAMPLE OF THE RARE STICKER IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS AND A VIBRANT NEAR MINT. THE NUMBER "5" WEST COVER COVER IS AN ABSOLUTELY STELLAR, IMPECCABLE "LIKE NEW" MINT MINUS WITH NO TRACE AT ALL OF THAT USUAL YELLOWING NEAR THE EDGE OF THE MOUTH, WHERE THE SHRINKWRAP ENDS. ALSO, THERE ARE NO TEARS OR RIPS ANYWHERE IN THE SHRINKWRAP. THERE ARE TWO FACTORY "BREATH HOLES" EVIDENT ON THE FRONT SHRINK. THE BACK COVER IS A RICH DARK BLACK WITH NO RINGWEAR AT ALL. THIS COVER IS THE VERY FIRST ISSUE SIGNIFIED BY THE "STEREO NEEDLE DAMAGE" DISCLAIMER PRINT ON THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE BACK COVER. THE FACTORY NUMBER "5" IS PRINTED NEAR THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER AS WELL. THE RARE FIRST LABEL PRESSING RECORD IS A MINT MINUS UNPLAYED JEWEL, AND THE LABELS ARE TRULY IMPECCABLE AND STUNNING. ACCOMPANIED ITS ORIGINAL AND MATCHING WEST COAST (PE-12-3BL) "CAPITOL '66 SOUNDS GREAT!" ORANGE INNER DUST SLEEVE IN NEAR MINT MINUS CONDITION, WITH TWO SMALL PIECES OF SCOTCH TAPE EVIDENT..
