OF THE LEGENDARY ORIGINAL UK PRESSED BEATLES 45 SINGLES FROM 1962-1996. THE
COLLECTION COMPRISES OF THE ORIGINAL 30 BRITISH SINGLES ON THE CLASSIC
PARLOPHONE AND APPLE LABELS. EACH SINGLE IS HOUSED IN THEIR PARLOPHONE
ACCOMPANYING PICTURE SLEEVES OR CORRECT GENERIC COMPANY COVERS WHERE
APPROPRIATE.THE COLLECTION INCLUDES AND STARTS OFF WITH THE VERY FIRST
PRESSINGS OF THE BEATLES' FIRST TWO SINGLES "LOVE ME DO" (OCTOBER 1962)
AND "PLEASE PLEASE ME" (JANUARY 1963) ON THE ORIGINAL RED PARLOPHONE LABELS AND
THE SECOND PRESSING 1963 BLACK LABELS FOR THESE TWO TITLES.
THIS CHERISHED, ONE-OWNER COLLECTION COMPRISES GREAT SOUNDING, CLEAN AND
UNWORN DISCS, WHERE EACH COULD EASILY BE A STAND-ALONE PIECE. ALL LABELS ARE
CLEAN AND UNDAMAGED WITH NO WRITING ON ANY LABEL. THE ONLY SIGNIFICANT BLEMISHES
TO ANY PLAYING SURFACE IS SOME CLOUDED AREAS ON SIDE 1 OF THE BLACK LABEL ISSUE
OF "LOVE ME DO". ALL SLEEVES ARE CLEAN AND FLAT. SOME BEAR THE CATALOGUE
NUMBERS IN THE CORNERS AND THERE IS A DEALER'S STAMP ON THE BACK OF THE "LOVE ME
DO" GENERIC SLEEVE. THE ONLY MAJOR WEAR IS TO THE FRONT OF "THE BALLAD OF JOHN AND YOKO" BLACK APPLE SLEEVE.
