DESCRIPTION PRESENTED HERE IS THE RAREST U.S. PRESSING OF THE LANDMARK RELEASE OF "SGT. PEPPER'S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND. THIS MONO ISSUE IS THE JACKSONVILLE, INDIANA PRESSING THAT HAS THE RARE JACKSONVILLE IN-HOUSE THICK PRINT VERY FIRST LABEL WITH THE INCORRECT TITLE OF "A LITTLE HELP FROM MY FRIENDS" (CAP2653.MR1D, SPIZER). THE LABELS WERE CORRECTED LATER TO CORRECTLY READ '"WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM MY FRIENDS". THE RECORD IS IN STELLAR AND MAJESTIC MINT MINUS UNPLAYED CONDITION. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. THE COVER, WHICH REMAINS TIGHTLY IN THE ORIGINAL DISTRIBUTOR LEVEL 'SEARS ROEBUCK AND CO.' BAGGYWRAP, IS THE VERY FIRST ISSUE PRINTED COVER WITHOUT THE "© NEMS ENTERPRISES LTD., 1967" COPYRIGHT CLAIM ON THE BACK COVER (CAP 2653.MC1, SPIZER). THERE ARE NO HOLES OR RIPS IN THE BAGGY, AND THE COVER ITSELF IS IN NEAR MINT MINUS (BORDERING VG+++) CONDITION, DISPLAYING BOLD COLORS AND SOME RUBBING IN SPORADIC AREAS ON THE BACK COVER IS EVIDENT. ALL SEAMS ARE FIRM AND SOLID. THIS SET IS COMPLETE THAT INCLUDES THE CUSTOM "SGT. PEPPER'S: CUT-OUT SHEET INSERT AND THE RED NUANCE "WAVY" INNER DUST SLEEVE.
