DESCRIPTION (ACTUAL IMAGES) THIS IS AN ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT STILL SEALED STEREO EXAMPLE OF CAPITOL'S MARCH 1965 BEATLES ALBUM "THE EARLY BEATLES" THAT SOLD REASONABLY WELL, CONSIDERING IT CONTAINED NO NEW SONGS, AND ALL WERE PREVIOUSLY AND EXHAUSTEDLY RELEASED ON VEE-JAY'S "INTRODUCING THE BEATLES" LP ALBUM AND OTHER FORMATS. FOR THAT REASON, CAPITOL DID NOT PRESS MANY COPIES OF THIS TITLE. THE VITAL "STEREO NEEDLE DAMAGE" PRINT INFO IS EVIDENT ON THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE BACK COVER, SIGNIFYING THIS IS TRUE FIRST ISSUE PRESSING..STEREO COPIES OF BEATLES ALBUMS MANUFACTURED PRIOR TO 1967 ARE SIGNIFICANTLY RARER THAN THEIR MONO COUNTERPARTS. IT'S ESTIMATED THAT ONLY TEN PERCENT OF CAPITOL'S BEATLES ALBUMS MANUFACTURED PRIOR TO 1967 WERE STEREO. JUST WONDERFUL FROM CORNER TO CORNER, THIS IS A SCRANTON, PENNSYLVANIA PRESSING, EVIDENT BY THE FACTORY # 3 ON THE BACK COVER. IT HAS AN EXTREMELY TIGHT SEAL ALL AROUND, WITH NO RIPS, NO TEARS. NO YELLOWING. THERE ARE TWO FACTORY SHRINK "BREATH HOLES" EVIDENT ON THE FRONT. THE BACK COVER IS AS WHITE AS SNOW, WITH NO DISCOLORATION AT ALL. THE SPINE IS PERFECTION. SQUARE, SOLID AND COMPLETELY LEGIBLE. ALL FOUR CORNERS ARE SHARP.
