REPLACING "LOVE ME DO " AND "P.S. I LOVE YOU". THIS HELPED CREATE THE VERSION TWO
RELEASE.
PRESENTED AND OFFERED HERE IS THE ULTRA
RARE MONO VERSION TWO "INTRODUCING THE BEATLES" ALBUM COVER
THAT FEATURES AN EXTREMELY RARE COVER VARIATION OF WHICH THE "TITLES ON COVER"
BACK SLICK DOES NOT HAVE THE COMMON GLOSS FINISH, BUT RATHER A FLAT FINISH,
KNOWN AS A 'POWDER COAT'. MOST NOTABLY IS THAT THE ¼" FLAPS AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF

THE FIRST "PLEASE". THIS RARE FACTOR IS ONLY EVIDENT ON THESE RARE VERSION TWO

ACCOMPANYING MONO RECORD IS THE COLORBAND AND BRACKETS LABEL VARIATION,

CREDITS WITH "INTRODUCING the BEATLES" (THE WORD "THE" IN LOWER CASE),
"MICROGROOVE" AND "LONG PLAYING" SEPARATED INTO TWO WORDS. THE TRAIL-OFF AREAS
TO THIS RECORD HAVE HAND ETCHED MATRIX NUMBERS AND THE INITIALS "URJ" AND "ARC"
ALONG WITH THE MACHINE STAMPED AUDIO MATRIX LOGO. IT ALSO HAS THE HAND ETCHED
DATE 2-11-64. THIS RECORD WAS PRESSED BY ARC. THE COVER IS A BRIGHT AND SOLID
VG+++ (BORDERS NEAR MINT MINUS) WITH BEAUTIFUL CRISP AND BOLD GRAPHICS. NO RINGWEAR, NO
SPLITS. THE CORNERS ARE NICE AND SHARP. THE SPINE IS PERFECTLY CENTERED AND
COMPLETELY LEGIBLE. THE RARER FLAT FINISH "POWDER COAT" BACK COVER HAS SOME
LIGHT SPORADICALLY PLACED LIGHT AGING SPOTS. THE RECORD IS A SHIMMERING NEAR MINT MINUS AND DISPLAYS
VERY MINIMAL PLAY WITH A DEEP SHINE AND LUSTER TO THE GROOVES. THE LABELS ARE A
GLEAMING NEAR MINT.
